About Our Ranch

High Water Hollow is a local family-run ranch that began it's quest to supply some of it's own food when Curt (Owner & Operator) was eating tons of eggs and his wife didn't want to buy them at the store.  You guessed it, we started with the farming gateway animal, chickens in 2013. Immediately we fell in love with the fresh taste and almost unlimited supply of organically raised and fed eggs.

In 2018, we took our love for chickens further and raised meatbirds for friends and family.  The following year our son Aksel joined 4H and we started raising and showing pigs at the county fair.  We learned so much in the two years after that we decided to transform our passion for ag into to a meat producing ranch and in 2020 we added cattle.  We are currently serving our meat products to local friends and family.  Contact us if you would like to learn more or to see what's currently available!
